The COMMIT Foundation Welcomes Lindsay Cashin as Senior Vice President of Advancement and Strategic Partnerships

Bozeman, Mont.—The COMMIT Foundation proudly announces the appointment of Lindsay Cashin as its new Senior Vice President of Advancement and Strategic Partnerships, a newly created leadership position designed to strengthen the organization’s strategic growth, fundraising capacity, and national visibility.

With a distinguished career spanning nonprofit development, strategic alliances, and veteran advocacy, Lindsay brings deep expertise, mission-aligned leadership, and a passion for serving those who have served. She joins COMMIT at a pivotal moment as the organization continues its transformation from a transition-focused nonprofit into a nationally recognized, lifelong partner for high-potential veterans, spouses, and members of the intelligence community.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Lindsay to the COMMIT team,” said JC Glick, Chief Executive Officer. “Her experience, energy, and deep commitment to service are exactly what we need as we scale our impact and invest in the next generation of purpose-driven leaders. Lindsay will play a critical role in shaping our future through partnerships, storytelling, and strategy.”

As SVP, Lindsay will lead COMMIT’s advancement strategy with a focus on building long-term relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and major donors. She will oversee marketing and communications efforts, develop innovative engagement pathways, and partner across the organization to elevate COMMIT’s mission and expand its capacity to serve.

This role also includes collaboration with the Vice President of Alumni Engagement to deepen community connection, enhance lifelong programming, and help veterans and spouses sustain meaningful, impactful lives post-service.

“I’m honored to join The COMMIT Foundation and help expand the reach of such a transformative mission,” said Lindsay. “The opportunity to support veterans and their families in building purpose-driven lives—and to engage the partners who believe in that vision—is both humbling and inspiring. I look forward to building what’s next, together.”

Lindsay’s professional background includes senior leadership roles in corporate human resources, nonprofit advancement, corporate philanthropy, and social impact strategy. As a military spouse, she brings a deeply personal and firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and resilience of military families, particularly during the transition process and the period that follows service.

The COMMIT Foundation, founded in 2012, empowers veterans and their families to design lives of meaning and purpose. COMMIT provides highly personalized programs, coaching, resources, and a lifelong community of support. The organization believes that when those who have served align identity and values, they don’t just transition—they transform, and in doing so, strengthen the communities they call home.
