By combining COMMIT’s nationally recognized approach to military transition and leadership development with PREA’s extensive network across the commercial real estate industry, the partnership is designed to increase understanding of career opportunities while fostering meaningful relationships between transitioning military leaders and industry executives.
The collaboration will launch with a two-day Commercial Real Estate Transformation Workshop in New York City, bringing together COMMIT Fellows and commercial real estate leaders for an immersive experience centered on leadership, industry education, networking, and career exploration. While the workshop serves as the first step, the broader vision is to establish an enduring pathway that connects military leaders with employers, mentors, and executives across the commercial real estate ecosystem.
