Sarah Keffer

Sarah Keffer is an Award-Winning ICF-Certified Executive Coach and former corporate Vice President dedicated to helping high-performing individuals untangle who they are from what they do. As a former Division I All-American athlete, Sarah brings a rare combination of executive experience, lived leadership under pressure, and deep insight into self-leadership as the foundation for lasting identity and impact. In addition to her coaching practice, Sarah leads the Executive Leadership Academy for Texas, where she prepares and equips senior leaders across Texas to successfully transition into Executive & C-Suite leadership roles. Grounded in her pillars of People, Purpose, and Progress, Sarah helps leaders reclaim identity, redefine success, and build next chapters that are just as aligned as they are powerful. When she is not coaching, Sarah can be found adventuring around the world, investing in wildlife conservation, and spending time in community.
