Jennifer Zucker

Jennifer Zucker is Co-Chair of the Government Contracts Practice at the global law firm of Greenberg Traurig (GT). She helps clients navigate complex federal procurement issues, and represents some of the largest aerospace and defense, professional services and information technology contractors in bid protest and claims litigation. She also assists with counseling, government investigations, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer is a founding member of Veterans@GT. While at GT she also served on the board of directors of SRC Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SRCI) from 2018 to 2020 as the chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Prior to GT, Jennifer was a partner at Wiley Rein and Squire Patton Boggs, and served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. She continues to serve as a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jennifer received her LLM from The George Washington University Law School, MSS from the US Army War College, JD from Brooklyn Law School and BS from Boston University. Jennifer is passionate about helping veterans transition successfully and reaching their full potential.
