Adrianne Huls joins The COMMIT Foundation with over 20 years of professional experience working in military command structure, higher education and non-profit sectors. Placing emphasis on service to the whole person, she feels that communication with authenticity is key to helping others. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from East Carolina University focusing on Interpersonal Communication (undergraduate) and Strategic Communication (graduate), as well as a graduate certificate in Military and Civilian Trauma Studies. She is a proud retired USMC spouse after twenty-two years of faithful service, and recognizes the importance of transition for the whole unit. Adrianne was born in Virginia, has two adult children, and currently resides in North Carolina with her husband, where they enjoy RVing, watching and playing sports.
